THE RESISTANCE

SKETCHBOOK'S VIDEO PRESENTATION

The Resistance is one of the very first works I condsider part of The Farm Project. The video shows first sketches touching the problem of factory farming. They alternate with other social problems and discriminations.  The drawings were made during the time of Covid-19 lockdown and the ban on abortion which polish government introduced in 2020. I juxtapose two bodies - of a woman and non-human animal: two bodies being appropriated and objectified.
